When I received my purchase in the mail, the bag of Green Horn kratom had a large gash in the side, resulting in a package half full of product, and the other half spilled in to the shipping envelope. I am not putting the blame on Kraoma because problems like this are almost always related to the shipping company, but I was very disappointed that I had spent a significant amount of money (in my opinion) and only received half of what I bought.
