Order Processing Deadlines

For orders paid with Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, or Money Orders

Orders are guaranteed to ship same day if received by 7 PM Eastern Time / 4 PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday, or Saturday 6 PM Eastern TIme / 3 PM Pacific Time (except Sundays and holidays). Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day. If paying with crypto, we recommend placing your order two hours before the cutoff time to ensure that your crypto payment clears before the cutoff time.

If there is an event where we are not able to ship on a particular day, we will post a banner on the top of our website giving advanced notice.

For orders paid with E-check

If you are a new customer, your first two e-check orders must clear into our bank account before shipping your order. This normally takes 3-5 business days (not including weekends & holidays) from the time the funds leave your account.

Once you successfully place two echeck orders with us, your future e-check orders will ship same-day if placed by 2 PM Eastern Time / 11 AM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday. Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Locations We Ship To

All products are shipped from our USA office in Nevada. We can ship our products to anywhere in the USA where they are legal. However, we will not send products to where they are restricted or prohibited. We do not ship to the states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin. We do not ship to the following cities and counties: San Diego, CA, Sarasota County FL, Jerseyville, IL, Union County, MS, Columbus City, MS,  Alcorn County, MS, Lowndes County, MS, Monroe County, MS, Itawamba County, MS, Tishomingo County, MS Laws/regulations can change and it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if the said products are legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction. By completing this transaction, the buyer confirms that he or she has checked all laws and regulations regarding the said product(s) in their state/province and country.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with USPS via 3-5-day First Class Mail, 2-3 day Priority Mail, or 1-2 day Priority Mail Express. (These are average delivery times by USPS). All regular orders under $75 ship free with 3-5-day First Class Mail. Orders over $75 ship free with Priority Mail. Priority Mail Express costs $25 and is non-refundable. For best Priority Mail Express delivery time, place your order by 4pm Pacific.

Sundays and holidays do not count for shipping times.

Understand that we have absolutely no control over the United States Postal Service. Once your pack is handed to them, it is their responsibility to deliver it to you in a timely manner. If in the rare case your package is delayed or has no updates to your tracking information, USPS requires a minimum of 7 days before searching for your package, and 15 days before refunding your missing package. 9 times out of 10 your delayed or missing package will arrive within a week or two, this is completely out of our control. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping information at checkout. If your order is delivered to the wrong or old address, we will not reship your order. If your order is sent back to us due to incorrect address information, we can resend your order, however, we’ll have to charge you the cost of shipping before doing so.  

Return Policy

We grant refunds, store credits and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We will not consider any credit or exchange after 30 days of you receiving your order.

The return policy requires you to have at least 80% of the product in it’s original packaging. If there was an error with your order, the exchange policy requires that incorrect item be unopened. If the incorrect item is opened, we cannot grant you an exchange for the correct product. We must receive a tracking number and the package you send us before granting any refund, credit or exchange. Refunds normally take 3-5 business days to process. While our goal is your ultimate satisfaction, all credits and exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
